Day 1
Welcome to CDMX, Mexico
Upon arrival at the Mexico City International Airport, you will be met, assisted, and transported to your hotel in a private vehicle. Get settled and relax before the adventurous second day.
TONIGHT: Welcome dinner reservation at a restaurant of your choice with roundtrip transportation
Day 2
BALLOON FLIGHT OVER TEOTIHUACAN
Today will be an early morning pick-up to experience a hot-air balloon ride over the ancient site. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the archaeological zone on foot.

Day 3
CITY TOUR
Immerse yourself in one of the most atmospheric parts of Mexico City on this private tour. Visit the famed Frida Kahlo Museum (Casa Azul) then explore the streets of Coyoacán on foot, stopping at such places as the Mercado, the Parroquia de San Juan Bautista, the Plaza Centenario, Cafe Avellaneda, and Casa de Cultura Jesús Reyes Heroles. Afterward, unwind with a relaxing boat tour through the Floating Gardens of Xochimilco.
Day 4
TACO NIGHT FOOD TOUR
Experience Mexico City’s vibrant food culture on this tour that explores classic tacos, mezcal, and Mexican craft beer. With a local guide to lead the way, you’ll discover colorful neighborhoods in the capital city, making a series of tasting stops for an evening of food and fun. This food tour includes all food and drink tastings.
Day 5
CHECK OUT AND GOODBYES

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Mexico city is between November to April.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Tulum.
- Note that August and September are hurricane season in Mexico therefore travel for these months is not recommended.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
