Day 1
Welcome to Rio!
You will arrive at the Intl. Airport and a private transportation will take you to your hotel in Rio, where you can rest and relax by the pool.
Day 2
Christ & sugar loaf & bar hopping
Embark on a journey through Rio de Janeiro’s iconic landmarks with our Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf tour. Marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of the city from atop the Corcovado Mountain, where the majestic Christ the Redeemer statue stands, offering a symbol of peace and warmth to all who visit. Then, venture to the iconic Sugarloaf Mountain via cable car, where you’ll witness the city’s stunning skyline against the backdrop of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Immerse yourself in the rich history and natural beauty of Rio as you explore these two renowned landmarks, each offering a unique perspective of this vibrant city. In the evening enjoy a very fun bar hopping and enjoy Rio’s night.
Day 3
SELARON STEPS, SANTA TERESA & SAMBA NIGHT
Embark on a vibrant journey through Rio de Janeiro’s artistic heart. Begin with the Selarón Steps, a stunning mosaic staircase adorned with over 2,000 colorful tiles from around the world, created by artist Jorge Selarón. This iconic landmark is a perfect spot for photos and appreciating unique, global artistry. Continue your adventure in Santa Teresa, a charming hillside neighborhood known for its colonial-style houses, cobblestone streets, and bohemian vibe. in the evening you will head to a very popular samba venue in central Rio.
Day 4
HAND GLIDING FLIGHT & BOAT RIDE
Soar from Pedra Bonita and glide over Rio’s stunning landscapes. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of Sugarloaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer, and the cityscape. This thrilling adventure is perfect for adrenaline seekers and offers a unique perspective of Rio. After the flight, relax on a speedboat ride through Guanabara Bay, visiting Rio’s top beaches like Copacabana and Arpoador. Enjoy swimming stops and admire landmarks like Forte de São João and Sugarloaf Mountain. Cold beers, soft drinks, and water are provided.
Day 5
RIO FROM ABOVE
You will have the free morning to rest. In the afternoon you will be taken to Barra da Tijuca to fly in a helicopter over the Wonderful City. Enjoy a traditional Brazilian churrascaria for dinner.
Day 6
Cooking class & Spa experience
Enjoy the morning tasting delicious fruits before heading to the cooking class in Ipanema, where you will cook a Brazilian popular dish and will learn how to prepare your own Caipirinha! Around 5 pm, indulge yourself in this amazing spa experience at the iconic Copacabana Palace.
Day 7
Good bye, Rio!
After breakfast, your private driver will take you to the airport.

The payment towards your Rio’s Carnival Special Getaway trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be sharing with your partner or with a friend. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time single occupancy which can be paid up to 2 months before your trip.

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Rio is between December and March, when the weather is warm and sunny enough to hit the beaches. The city’s seductive samba beat and incredible panoramic views last year-round, but arrive in February to experience Carnival.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Brazil.
- U.S. citizens do not need a visa if they are traveling to Brazil for tourism, business, transit, artistic or sport activities, with no intention of establishing residence. – If the adult traveler is a U.S. citizen and fully vaccinated, then the traveler must provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status and proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within three calendar days of traveling or documentation of recovery in the past 90 days.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
