Day 1
Welcome to Spain!
The driver will be ready and waiting for you at the airport with a Luxe Tribes paging board and you will head to your hotel. Settle into your room, depending on your arrival time or head out to explore the surrounding areas while getting adjusted to Barcelona! You will have some time at your disposal for a pleasant walk discovering the little alleys and picturesque squares of the area on your own.
Day 2
Barcelona Day Tour by SideCar
Are you ready to explore the essential landmarks of Barcelona from the sidecar of a classic motorcycle? You will get to see many UNESCO World Heritage sites, like Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà or Casa Batlló, with the opportunity to stop and take pictures. During the ride, your guide will explain the landmarks and you will be able to ask questions via wireless communication devices in your helmets.
Day 3
Dali Museum, Figueres and Cadaques
Discover the most important works of Salvador Dali and get to know the artist on a personal level. This excursion will take you through the “triangle” of towns that most significantly shaped his life. While exploring the idyllic landscapes of the Costa Brava, you will uncover the mysteries and secrets of one of the most widely recognized Catalan painters, Salvador Dalí.
Day 4
Tarragona and Sitges
Today you will spend a day on the sun-soaked shores of Catalonia, exploring the towns of the Costa Dorada. You will visit the ancient Roman ruins of Tarraco (modern day Tarragona) the capital of ‘Hispania Citerior,’ one of three ancient Roman provinces on the Iberian Peninsula. Get ready for a journey back in time to when gladiators, centurions and emperors wrote the mythical and bloody history of the Roman Empire. Combine this visit of Tarragona with the charming Sitges, a fishing village that has evolved into a vibrant and modern Mediterranean town, home of the famous Bacardi rum and of fine examples of modernist architecture.
Day 5
Barcelona to Madrid
After breakfast you will be picked up to head to the train station, where a fast 3 hours train will take you to Madrid. At Madrid-Puerta De Atocha train station, a private car will take you to the hotel. Check in and relax.
Day 6
Welcome Tour to Madrid in a Private Electric Tuk Tuk
You will enjoy this two-hour tour in an electric tuk-tuk. See more in no time than on a walking tour while enjoying a more personal experience than on a bus tour. Pass by a number of Madrid’s must-see spots and take in the sights as you take in places you may want to come back to later to explore further.
Day 7
Prado Museum Tour & VIP Botin Lunch
Combine a visit to Madrid’s most popular museum with a delicious lunch at one of the city’s most famous restaurants. Avoid the long queues with a skip-the-line ticket for the Prado Museum of Madrid and discover masterpieces by Goya, Raphael, and Rembrandt on a guided walking tour. Then, tuck into a delicious lunch with wine at the Botin restaurant, whose former patrons include Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and the Kings of Spain.
Day 8
Toledo & Segovia Day Tour from Madrid
Get to know two of the most visited cities in Spain on this full-day tour, which takes you to the main attractions of these beautiful cities. The city of Toledo, known by many as the second Rome, was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. During your tour, enjoy the panoramic views from the Cathedral of Toledo, the Mirador del Valle, The Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, and the Bridge of San Martin. Do not miss the opportunity to explore Toledo’s narrow streets, squares, and gardens.
Day 8
Check out and Good-byes
After check-out, your private driver will take you to Madrid International Airport and you will fly back home

The payment towards your Spain trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be sharing with your partner or with a friend. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time single occupancy fee of $1,145 which can be paid up to 2 months before your trip.

- Citizens of the United States with a valid US passport do not need visa to travel to EE
- All travelers are required to show proof of a negative PCR test within 72h from flight departure
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
