Day 1
Welcome to TOKYO
Touch down in Tokyo via Narita or Haneda International Airport, where your journey begins seamlessly. Upon arrival, enjoy private luxury transfers to your hotel, allowing you to sit back, relax, and take in your first glimpses of this dynamic city.
Once checked in, the rest of the day is yours—whether you choose to unwind and recharge or step out to explore Tokyo’s vibrant streets at your own pace.
Settle in and soak up the atmosphere as you prepare for an exciting adventure ahead.
Day 2
Kimono and Rickshaw
Begin your day with the timeless charm of the Asakusa neighborhood as you immerse yourself in Japanese culture through a kimono rental experience. Wander the historic streets adorned with traditional architecture and visit the iconic Senso-ji Temple. Capture memories with a professional photoshoot against this picturesque backdrop, ensuring your day is documented in style.
In the afternoon, dive deeper into the cultural tapestry with a leisurely rickshaw ride, where a local guide will share tales of Asakusa’s rich history. Conclude your enchanting day by returning your kimono in the evening, reflecting on a day well-spent in Tokyo’s cultural heart.
Day 3
Tsukiji fish market and Sushi class
Take a closer look at the fascinating world of sushi, extending from the ocean to your plate, during a 4-hour sushi-making class and a visit to the outer Tsukiji fish market. Tour one of the world’s largest seafood markets with a guide as you learn how fish is caught, distributed, and sold. Then turn your attention to sushi-making, learning to prepare nigiri sushi with the help of a sushi master. Finish your experience by enjoying your creations for lunch.
You are free for the rest of the day.
Day 4
Teamlab Experience and Walking Tour
In the morning, when it’s less crowded, visit one of the world’s most famous digital art installations and take amazing Instagram pictures at TeamLab Planets.
In the afternoon, meet your local guide for a half-day customizable tour.
Some places that you can visit are:
- Tokyo Skytree
- Edo Castle
- Harajuku
- Shibuya crossing and Shibuya Sky
- Meiji Shrine
Attraction entrance fees are not included, but most of the places can be visited for free.
You will be using public transportation.
Day 5
Free Day
Spend your last day in Tokyo at your own leisure. Snap some pictures, do some last-minute shopping, or just relax in one of the many themed cafes.
Day 6
Check out and Goodbyes
After check-out, your private driver will take you to Tokyo International Airport (Haneda or Narita) for your flight back home.

Find answers on your questions
You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.
You will arrive at Narita or Haneda International airport.
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $1,500

We will provide you with a list of hotel options for you to choose from once you provide us with your confirmed travel dates and your confirmed guest list.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- Currently, the US passport holders do not need a visa.
- A Valid Passport is required to travel to Japan.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
