Day 1
Welcome to Atacama!
You will arrive at Calama Airport and private transportation will take you to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama, where you can rest and relax. Take your time to get acclimatized and explore the village. A soothing welcome massage awaits you, ready to melt away your travel fatigue and ease you into relaxation.
Day 2
Salar De Atacama
Free morning.
The perfect start to your first afternoon in San Pedro, this captivating excursion features vivid colors and an introduction to the vast extent of the highland desert. First, we visit the unique stone village of Toconao, with its artisan workshops and historic bell tower. Then we drive on to the Los Flamencos National Reserve at Chaxa Lagoon in the Salar de Atacama, which is home to three species of flamingo. As the day comes to an end, the vast open skies and imposing peaks along the horizon change color dramatically with the sunset.
Day 3
Free Day and Star Gazing
Free day to enjoy a excursion or relax. In the evening, there will be a stargazing excursion. The skies in the Atacama desert are amongst the clearest in the world and there are many ways to view the canopy of stars and the milky way as it moves through the heavens. Viewing astronomical phenomena through a professional telescope, spotting classical constellations with the naked eye, or learning about the Atacameñan view of the cosmos with a laser pointer held by a local are just some of the possibilities.
Day 4
Spa Ritual
Free day to enjoy on your own terms. There will be a spa ritual waiting for you: It’s not every day you find yourself in the driest desert in the world. We invite you to delight in a combination of therapies that restores harmony and connects you to the desert’s energy. This treatment cleanses the mind and body of negativity and restores them with the purity of this unique landscape. This restorative experience includes Reiki, gem therapy, aromatherapy, sound therapy with Tibetan bowls, and energy-cleansing mist.
Day 5
Good bye, Chile!
After breakfast and check out, a private transfer will take you to the airport. Time to say good bye!

We need payment of $2,390 to secure accommodation along with the deposit.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Patagonia.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
