Day 1
Welcome to Bali
You will arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, which is the main airport in Bali. Your private transportation will take you to your accommodation.
Feel free to stop at the ATM, convenience store, or restaurant before you check in.
Meals are not included today.
Day 2
Floating Breakfast, Spa & Candlelit Dinner
Wake up to a floating breakfast at your villa!
Dramatic dress fitting will be done after your breakfast in the villa for 15 minutes.
Later, head to the spa for a 60-minute Balinese massage and a 30-minute relaxing flower bath. Spend the rest of your day relaxing or shopping in the local markets.
Later in the evening enjoy a Candlelit dinner.
Lunch is not included.
Day 3
Ubud Day Trip with a private photographer
Spend the day getting to know cultural Bali with a day trip around Ubud.
Today you will visit:
- Bali Swing
- Tegallalang Rice Terrace
- Ubud Monkey Forest
- Ubud Temple
- Ubud Market
The photographer will accompany you today for a full 8 hours.
Lunch and dinner are not included.
Day 4
Balinese Cooking Class and Elephant Excursion
This morning, after your breakfast, you will be taken to a Balinese cooking class to learn about our traditional cuisine.
In the afternoon, our driver will take you to the elephant excursion where you get a chance to interact with the animals to shower and feed them.
An additional animal ride and swim are available on the spot.
Lunch is included and dinner is not included.
Day 5
Cool Mountain Tour / East Bali Tour
Learn all about the Balinese way of life and venture to Bali’s most picturesque locations.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and learn about Balinese culture.
Today you will have the option of the Cool Mountains or East Bali day trip.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Indonesia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Bali’s rainy season runs from November to Early May
- Dates to avoid: March 9th – 12th for Galungan and Neypi Day (Silence day) Please note that on this day the airport is closed, hotels and Villas are not allowed to do any check ins or check outs. The locals will be silent this day and are not allowed to work. All travel is also restricted from 6am on this day to 6am the following morning. You will also not be able to leave your villa.
- 160 nationalities, including the US, Canada and UK, will need a Visa on Arrival (VOA) to enter Bali that is valid for 30 days at the cost of USD 34 per person.
This visa can be obtained upon arrival at Denpasar Airport. - When selecting flights be sure to allow for 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date as most flights to Bali take anywhere from 15+ hours if you are traveling from the U.S and other similar territories
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
