We have curated the perfect Bali getaway with all of the highlights of the island.
Please note this is a sample itinerary and your actual itinerary would be adjusted based on your selected activities, dates of travel and of course your travel style!
Day 1
Welcome to Bali!
You will arrive at Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and private transportation will take you to your villa where you can rest and relax by the pool. Get settled before the adventurous second day.
Meals are not included.
Day 2
Floating breakfast & spa & Dinner!
Wake up to a floating breakfast at your villa!
After breakfast head to the spa for a 60-minute Balinese massage followed by 30-minute flower bath.
Spend the rest of your day relaxing or shopping in the nearby markets.
Candlelight Dinner is tonight.
Lunch is not included.
Day 3
Ubud day trip!
Spend the day getting to experience cultural Bali with a day trip around Ubud. Today you will visit:
-Tegallalang Rice Terrace
-Bali Swing
-Ubud Monkey Forest
-Ubud temples
-Ubud Market
You will be accompanied by your photographer for 8 hours and picnic lunch is included today.
Dinner is not included.
Day 4
Elephant Excursion
This morning, we’ll take you to the Elephant Park, where you’ll have the unique experience of washing and feeding these gentle giants.
After, you have free time where you can go to the beach or day club to enjoy the rest of the day.

Day 5
Waterfalls & Temples
Learn all about the Balinese way of life and venture to Bali’s most picturesque locations.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and learn about Balinese culture.
Today you will have the option to select between the Cool mountains or East Bali day tour.

Day 6
BALINESE DRESS PHOTOSHOOT
This morning, you’ll be prepared with makeup and dressed in traditional Balinese attire.
This experience allows you to wear ceremonial clothing, often featuring intricate fabrics, sashes, and gold accessories—a fun and cultural way to immerse yourself in local traditions. We’ll arrange a photoshoot at the villa to capture beautiful memories in your Balinese costume.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

Day 7
CHECK OUT & GOODBYE
Snap some last pictures of your beautiful vacation in Bali. Say your goodbyes, checkout & await your private transfer back to the airport to take you back home

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Indonesia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Bali’s rainy season runs from November to Early May
- Dates to avoid: March 28th – 30th for Galungan and Neypi Day (Silence day) Please note that on this day the airport is closed, hotels and Villas are not allowed to do any check ins or check outs. The locals will be silent this day and are not allowed to work. All travel is also restricted from 6am on this day to 6am the following morning. You will also not be able to leave your villa.
- 160 nationalities, including the US, Canada and UK, will need a Visa on Arrival (VOA) to enter Bali that is valid for 30 days at the cost of USD 34 per person.
This visa can be obtained upon arrival at Denpasar Airport. - When selecting flights be sure to allow for 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date as most flights to Bali take anywhere from 15+ hours if you are traveling from the U.S and other similar territories
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
