Day 1
Welcome to Barcelona
Upon arrival at Barcelona–El Prat International Airport, your private transfer will take you directly to your hotel. Check in, settle into your accommodations, and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure before your Barcelona adventure begins the following day.
Day 2
Barcelona City Tour
Enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of Barcelona’s most iconic highlights, including skip-the-line access to Gaudí’s world-famous masterpieces, La Sagrada Família and Park Güell. Continue your exploration through the city’s historic Roman quarter, visit the impressive Montjuïc, and discover more of Barcelona’s fascinating history, architecture, and culture.
Day 3
Girona & Figueres Day Tour
Explore the rich heritage of Catalonia beyond Barcelona on a small-group day tour to Girona and Figueres. Step back in time as you wander through Girona’s medieval streets, home to one of Europe’s best-preserved Jewish quarters and fascinating remnants of its Roman past.
Continue to Figueres, the hometown of Salvador Dalí, where you’ll discover his extraordinary surrealist world with a visit to the renowned Dalí Theatre-Museum.

Day 4
Monserrat Visit & Wine Tasting
Discover the true essence of Barcelona and Catalonia with a full-day visit to the spectacular Montserrat Mountain, combining breathtaking scenery with an authentic food and wine experience.
Ascend Montserrat by cogwheel train, taking in panoramic views along the way. Continue to a historic winery set within a 10th-century castle, where you’ll enjoy a selection of local wines paired with delicious regional cuisine.

Day 5
Flamenco Show with Tapas Walking Tour
Enjoy a free day to explore Barcelona at your own pace. In the evening, immerse yourself in the heart of Catalan and Spanish culture with a 3-hour guided walking tour through the vibrant streets of Barcelona.
Begin in the historic Gothic Quarter, known for its charming streets and rich history, before visiting traditional tapas bars to sample authentic local dishes and learn about Spanish culinary traditions. Day 6
Goodbye Barcelona

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.
Your international flight should arrive and depart from Barcelona El-Prat Airport (BCN)
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time fee starting from $1700 depending on the month of travel..

- A Valid Passport is required to travel to Barcelona.
- Rates published are not applicable during Christmas and New Year’s Eve Period. For travel dates for above period please contact florencia@luxetribes.com
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
