Day 1
Welcome to Botswana
Upon arrival at Kasane International Airport, you will be welcomed by a member of our team. You will then be transferred to Chobe Game Lodge.
The Chobe National Park Riverfront offers one of the most breathtaking safari experiences in Africa, and Chobe Game Lodge is perfectly situated to explore this extraordinary wildlife haven.
Your stay includes all meals, refreshments, local spirits and wines (excluding premium brands), laundry service, national park fees, airport transfers to and from scheduled or charter flights at Kasane Airport, as well as scheduled safari activities.
Day 2
Chobe National Park Safari
Experience the best of Chobe National Park with expertly guided game drives through the park’s rich and diverse landscapes, where you may encounter elephants, lions, buffalo, and a variety of antelope species. Complement your land-based adventures with tranquil river safaris along the Chobe River—an unforgettable opportunity to observe hippos, crocodiles, and a stunning array of birdlife. These activities offer a unique and immersive perspective of Botswana’s incredible wildlife and natural beauty.
Day 3
Transfer to Okavango Delta
After breakfast, you will check out and transferred to Kasane International Airport in time for your onward travel arrangements.
Upon arrival at Kasane International Airport, you will be welcomed by a team member who will assist you in boarding a Mack Air light aircraft to the Camp Okavango Airstrip. A truly unique water wilderness experience awaits, as you explore the reed-lined channels of the magnificent Okavango Delta.
Enjoy a 2-night stay at Camp Okavango in a Suite with an ensuite bathroom.
Your stay includes all meals, refreshments, local spirits and wines (excluding premium brands), laundry service, national park fees, and airport transfers to and from scheduled or charter flights.

Enjoy expertly guided mokoro safaris—traditional canoe excursions that allow you to glide silently through the Delta’s serene waterways—as well as motorboat safaris offering a more expansive exploration of this breathtaking aquatic ecosystem.
Day 4
Okavango Delta Water Safari
Included Activities: Guided Mokoro Safaris and Motorboat Safaris
Explore the pristine waterways of the Okavango Delta with expert local guides on a traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) safari—an intimate and peaceful way to observe the Delta’s wildlife and birdlife up close. Glide silently through reed-lined channels as your guide shares insights into the unique ecosystem. Complement this with motorboat safaris that allow for a broader exploration of the lagoons and open waterways, perfect for spotting hippos, crocodiles, and a dazzling variety of aquatic birds.
Overnight at Camp Okavango
Day 5
Transfer to Moremi Game Reserve
Scheduled Charter Flight from Camp Okavango Airstrip to Xakanaxa Airstrip
You will board a Mack Air light aircraft, along with fellow guests, for your scenic flight from Camp Okavango Airstrip to Xakanaxa Airstrip.
Overnight at Camp Moremi
Enjoy a 3-night stay at Camp Moremi, located in the heart of the Moremi Wildlife Reserve.
During your stay, unwind and immerse yourself in the natural beauty and incredible wildlife of Moremi, one of Botswana’s most diverse and game-rich regions.
Your stay includes all meals, refreshments, local spirits and wines (excluding premium brands), laundry service, and national park fees.

Experience exciting game drives through varied habitats teeming with wildlife, and enjoy motorised boating trips through the delta’s channels—offered when water levels permit.
Day 6
Moremi Wildlife Safari
Discover the breathtaking landscapes and rich wildlife of the Moremi Game Reserve through expertly guided game drives. Traverse floodplains, woodlands, and savannahs in search of elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, and an array of birdlife. When water levels allow, explore the tranquil waterways on motorised boating trips, offering a unique perspective of the reserve’s aquatic ecosystems and the chance to spot hippos, crocodiles, and wading birds.
Day 7
Moremi Wildlife Safari
You have the option to spend the day relaxing at the camp or to head out for additional safari experiences.
Day 8
Check out & GoodByes
After an unforgettable safari experience, you will board a scheduled charter flight from Xakanaxa Airstrip to Maun International Airport. Enjoy a final aerial view of the breathtaking Okavango Delta as you fly over its winding channels, lagoons, and wildlife-rich plains.
Upon arrival at Maun International Airport, you will connect with your onward flight arrangements. As your journey through Botswana comes to an end, you’ll leave with cherished memories of extraordinary landscapes, rich wildlife encounters, and the warm hospitality that defines this remarkable destination.

Important things to note
- The best time to travel to Botswana for a safari is during the dry season, from May to October, when the weather is warm and sunny, and wildlife is easier to spot. This period also sees the highest water levels in the Okavango Delta, making for great mokoro trips and wildlife viewing in the floodplains.
- Travelers require a passport valid for at least 6 months from the time of entry
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
