Day 1
AIRPORT PICK-UP + WELCOME DINNER
Upon arrival at Cartagena Airport, private transportation will take you to your accommodation. Take some time to relax and begin enjoying “Cartagena, La Fantástica.”
In the evening, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner at a lovely restaurant, where you’ll have the chance to take in stunning views of the city.
Day 2
PALANQUE CULTURAL OR COLOMBIAN COOKING CLASS
Choose between Palenque Cultural Experience with Lunch OR an Authentic Cooking Class.
You will have the chance to explore the first free black town in the whole of America and connect with this little piece of Africa in Colombia located around 45 – 60 minutes from the city. During your visit, enjoy a traditional Palenquero lunch prepared with authentic local flavors.

Roll up your sleeves and learn how to prepare some of Colombia’s most beloved local dishes. Guided by expert instructors, you’ll dive into the country’s culinary heritage. At the end of the class, sit down, relax with a glass of wine or beer, and enjoy the delicious meal you created.
Day 3
WALKING TOUR WITH STREET FOOD AND PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOOT
In the afternoon, embark on a two-hour walking tour and uncover the hidden stories tucked into every corner of the city.
Learn about the rich Black and Indigenous heritage that has shaped the region, while savoring the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean. Along the way, capture unforgettable moments with a professional photoshoot—creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Day 4
BEACH DAY TO ROSARIO ISLANDS WITH LUNCH AND DINNER INCLUDED
Rise and shine! Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading out for a day of sun, sand, and sea.
Today is all about relaxing on white sand beaches and exploring the stunning Colombian islands, known for their crystal-clear blue waters. Put on your favorite beachwear and don’t forget your sunglasses!

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Colombia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page.
- The best months to visit Cartagena are December through to September. The primary months to avoid would be October and November due to the warm showers of the rainy season .
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
