We have curated the perfect Colombian getaway with all of the highlights of the incredible city of Cartagena.

Day 1
AIRPORT PICK-UP + WELCOME DINNER
You will arrive at Cartagena airport and private transportation will take you to your accommodation. Get relaxed and start to enjoy “Cartagena, la fantastic”
At night, you will enjoy a delicious dinner where you will have the chance to enjoy authentic Colombian delicacies.
Day 2
PALANQUE CULTURAL OR COLOMBIAN COOKING CLASS
Choose between Palanque Cultural Experience with Lunch OR an Authentic Cooking Class.
You will have the chance to explore the first free black town in the whole of America and connect with this little piece of Africa in Colombia. It’s located around 45 – 60 minutes from the city.
During this trip, enjoy a typical Palenquero lunch.
OR
Colombian Cooking Class. You will roll up your sleeves and learn how to prepare some authentic local dishes.
In the end, you will sit down, have a glass of wine/beer and enjoy the delicious food you prepared.
Day 3
WALKING TOUR WITH STREET FOOD AND PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOOT
In the afternoon, uncover the hidden stories around every corner of the city on a 2-hour walking tour that delves into our rich Black and Indigenous heritage. Along the way, capture unforgettable moments with a professional photoshoot.
Day 4
SUNSET WATER SPORTS + DINNER
After spending the first part of your day at leisure, your driver will pick you up around 4:00 pm for some exciting water sports.
As the sun sets, casting warm golden hues across the sky, you’ll hop on paddle boards for an unforgettable experience. Drift along with the gentle Caribbean waves, taking in the breathtaking views.
Afterward, treat yourself to a delicious meal from the club’s menu, rounding off an incredible evening.
Day 5
CHECK OUT AND GOODBYES
Time to say goodbye. Take your last pictures and send your kisses to Cartagena, la Fantastica!

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Colombia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page.
- The best months to visit Cartagena are December through to September. The primary months to avoid would be October and November due to the warm showers of the rainy season .
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
