Day 1

Welcome to Egypt

Touch down in Cairo, where the energy of one of the world’s most historic cities welcomes you. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, a private transfer will be waiting to escort you seamlessly to your luxury hotel.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, giving you time to settle in, refresh, and take in your surroundings.

This evening is yours to enjoy at leisure and prepare for the incredible journey ahead.

Day 2

A World Wonder for your Bucket List!

After breakfast, step into the pages of history as we begin exploring the wonders of ancient Egypt with a visit to the world-famous Pyramids of Giza. Stand in awe before the Great Pyramid — the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World — an extraordinary feat of engineering built entirely by manual labor over 4,500 years ago.

Nearby, encounter the iconic Sphinx, carved from a natural limestone outcrop, with the body of a lion stretching 45 meters and majestic paws extending 15 meters forward — a truly unforgettable sight.

Continue your cultural immersion with a visit to the Papyrus Institute to discover how ancient Egyptians crafted the world’s earliest paper. Afterwards, browse the Papyrus Museum and a traditional perfume factory, where centuries-old techniques bring Egypt’s signature scents and artistry to life.

This evening, gather for a special welcome dinner experience beginning at 6:00 PM. Enjoy a magical night aboard a Nile River dinner cruise featuring a lavish buffet and live entertainment, including an Oriental & Tanoura show, belly dancing, and vibrant folklore performances.

After an enchanting evening on the Nile, return to your hotel.

Day 3

Egyptian Museum, Citadel Salah Eldeen and Mohamed Ali Mosque

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before setting out to uncover the treasures of Cairo alongside your expert Egyptologist guide.

Your journey takes you to the world-renowned Egyptian Museum, home to the largest collection of Pharaonic antiquities on earth. Wander through halls housing more than 25,000 masterpieces, including priceless artifacts that reveal the grandeur, artistry, and mystique of ancient Egypt.

This afternoon, continue to the historic Cairo Citadel, a magnificent medieval fortress that once safeguarded the city for centuries. Within its walls, visit the stunning Mosque of Mohamed Ali, an architectural masterpiece whose grand domes and sweeping views over Cairo make it one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

Day 4

Cairo to Amman

Today, you will check out of your hotel and enjoy a seamless private transfer to Cairo International Airport for your onward flight to Jordan.

Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, our local representative will greet you and assist you through immigration and customs before introducing you to your driver-guide.

From here, begin your journey through Jordan’s dramatic landscapes as you travel to the legendary city of Petra. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and settle in for an unforgettable stay in this remarkable destination.

Day 5

Petra Tour – Wadi Rum

Begin your morning with breakfast at the hotel before setting out to explore one of the world’s most breathtaking archaeological wonders.

Today, you will discover the rose-red city of Petra — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Carved into towering sandstone cliffs by the Nabataeans more than 2,000 years ago, Petra reveals its splendor as you walk through the Siq and emerge before the iconic Treasury. Continue your exploration to the Royal Tombs and the magnificent Monastic complex, each monument a testament to the ingenuity and artistry of an ancient civilization. Petra is truly one of those extraordinary places that must be experienced at least once in a lifetime.

After your exploration, journey onward to the dramatic desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, where vast sandstone mountains and sweeping dunes create an otherworldly setting.

Day 6

Wadi Rum – Dead Sea

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before setting out for another unforgettable adventure.

After breakfast, venture into the breathtaking landscapes of Wadi Rum for a thrilling 2-hour 4×4 desert safari. Traverse sweeping sand dunes, towering sandstone formations, and vast open valleys as you experience the dramatic beauty of Jordan’s most iconic desert.

Following lunch, continue your journey to the legendary Dead Sea.

Spend the afternoon floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters at one of the resort beaches — an experience found nowhere else on earth. Relax at the lowest point on the planet, indulge in the renowned therapeutic mud bath, and soak up the sunshine while your skin is revitalized by the sea’s healing minerals.

As the day winds down, witness a spectacular sunset over the hills of the West Bank, with Jerusalem visible in the distance — a truly unforgettable moment of tranquility and beauty.

Day 7

Dead Sea – Madaba – Nebo – Amman City Tour – Amman

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting out to explore Jordan’s rich biblical heritage and vibrant capital.

Your first stop is Madaba, famed for its remarkable 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land housed in the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. This intricate masterpiece offers a fascinating glimpse into the region’s ancient geography and religious history. Continue to Mount Nebo, the revered site where, according to biblical tradition, Moses viewed the Promised Land.

Afterward, travel to Amman for a guided city tour of Jordan’s dynamic capital, where ancient history and modern life blend seamlessly. In downtown Amman, visit the Citadel, home to ruins spanning the Roman, Byzantine, and early Islamic periods, and enjoy sweeping views across the city. Continue to the Archaeological Museum, which houses an exceptional collection of artifacts, including some of the famed Dead Sea Scrolls.

Stroll through the lively souq to experience everyday local life before visiting the impressive 2nd-century Roman Theater, a remarkably preserved amphitheater that once seated 6,000 spectators.

Check out and Goodbyes

How do I choose my dates of travel?

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

What airport do I fly into?

Your flight should arrive in Cairo International Airport (IATA: CAI; ICAO: HECA). Your flight should depart from Queen Alia International Airport (IATA: AMM, ICAO: OJAI).

Are flights included?

We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.

What the price of the single occupancy?

Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $700.

How do I make changes to my trip?

Important things to note

Egypt Visa: You must have a visa to enter Egypt unless you’re a national of a visa exempt country. US, Canadian and UK passport holder can apply for an e-Visa (recommended) or a visa on arrival, both valid for 30 days . A single entry visa (Tourism) costs $25 and a multiple entries visa (Tourism) costs $60.
Jordan Visa: Most citizens, including those from the US, Canada, and the UK can get a visa on arrival at Queen Alia International Airport. This costs approximately $56 and is valid for a single entry for up to 30 days. You can check if you are eligible for a visa on arrival here.
Egypt: Trips to Egypt run throughout the year, but be aware that summers (June, July and August) can be very hot. The best time to go for more comfortable temperatures is from March to May. Winters are a case of blink and you’ll miss it but be prepared for cold nights from November to February so pack some extra layers
Jordan: Trips to Jordan run throughout the year, but be aware that summers (June, July, and August) can be very hot. The best time to go for more comfortable temperatures is in the spring from March to May or in the autumn. In winter (roughly Dec to Feb), Amman can be desperately chilly, with biting winds sweeping through the valleys, rain showers and even snowfall. With short days and freezing nights, Petra winters can be taxing while Wadi Rum is more temperate, but Aqaba makes a fine retreat (average Red Sea and Dead Sea water temperatures vary little, 24°C all year)

If something goes wrong

Cancellation policy

All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
