Day 1
Welcome to Windhoek
Meet and assist at Hosea Kutako International Airport with a personalized welcome sign and your tour documents.
Enjoy a tour briefing before transferring to The Weinberg Windhoek—a luxurious boutique hotel in Klein Windhoek that blends old-world charm with contemporary elegance.
Spend a relaxing evening and enjoy dinner at Joe’s Beer House.
Overnight: The Weinberg Windhoek

Day 2
Winhoek City Tour
After breakfast, embark on a city tour of Windhoek, visiting historical buildings, monuments, and the contrasting suburbs of Khomasdal, Katutura, and Ludwigsdorf.
Return to The Weinberg Windhoek for a relaxing evening.

Day 3
Journey to Sossuvlei
Depart early morning for The Desert Grace, enjoying a scenic drive via Spreetshoogte Pass and Solitaire, with a stop to savor the famous apple pie.
Arrive midday, check in, and relax by the pool.
In the evening, enjoy an optional sundowner drive, followed by gin tasting, dinner, and stargazing under the desert sky.

Day 4
Sossuvlei Adventure
Begin the day with a breathtaking sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Namib Desert, followed by a Champagne breakfast in the dunes.
Visit the iconic Deadvlei and climb the towering Big Daddy Dune.
Explore Dune 45 and the dramatic Sesriem Canyon before returning to your lodge.

Day 5
Journey to Swakopmund
Travel to Swakopmund via the scenic Kuiseb Pass, stopping at the Tropic of Capricorn sign along the way.
Enjoy lunch in Walvis Bay before arriving in Swakopmund.
Check in at Strand Hotel Swakopmund and relax.
Dinner at The Tug Restaurant.

Day 6
Walvis Bay & Sandwich Habour
Start the day with a boat cruise in Walvis Bay Lagoon, enjoying sparkling wine and fresh oysters onboard.
In the afternoon, embark on a 4×4 adventure to Sandwich Harbour with a picnic lunch in the dunes.
End the day with dinner at Ocean Cellar.

Free Day
Spend the day at leisure in Swakopmund, with optional activities such as quad biking, scenic flights, skydiving, or a guided city tour.

Day 8
Swakopmund to Etosha National Park
Depart Swakopmund and visit a traditional Himba village for a cultural experience.
Continue your journey towards Etosha National Park and arrive in the late afternoon at Onguma Bush Camp.

Day 9
Check out and Goodbyes
Depart Onguma Bush Camp at 5:00 AM with breakfast packs provided.
Transfer directly to the airport for your departure flight.

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
