Day 1
Welcome to Bali
Your driver will be ready and waiting for you at the airport. On the way to your villa, they will stop at a cost-effective currency exchange for your convenience.
Once you’ve settled into your villa, and depending on your arrival time, feel free to explore the surrounding area and begin adjusting to Bali.
Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with a comprehensive and personalized Bali travel guide, including essential information about the island and our recommendations for restaurants and more.
Meals are not included today.
Day 2
Floating Breakfast, Spa & Traditional Balinese Dress Photoshoot
Begin your day with a beautiful floating breakfast served in the pool of your villa.
After breakfast, unwind with a luxurious spa experience that includes a 60-minute Balinese massage, a 45-minute body scrub and mask, and a relaxing flower bath.
Following the spa, return to your villa, where a Balinese vendor will dress you in traditional attire, and a photographer will be present to capture these special moments.
Lunch and dinner are not included.
Day 3
Ubud Day Trip with a private photographer
Spend the day getting to experience cultural Bali with a day trip around Ubud.
Today you will visit:
– Tegallalang Rice Terrace
– Bali Swing
– Ubud Monkey Forest
– Ubud temple*
You will be accompanied by your photographer for 8 hours.
Picnic lunch overlooking the ricefields is included.
Dinner is not included.
Day 4
Silver Jewelry Making Class and Balinese Cooking Class
Enjoy breakfast this morning before heading out for a silver jewelry-making class, where you and your mum can craft matching necklaces, rings, or bracelets together.
In the afternoon, participate in a Balinese cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare authentic local dishes for dinner. You’ll also receive the recipes to take home, so you can recreate the experience anytime!
Day 5
Releasing Baby turtles, Balinese healer and Melukat (water cleansing ritual)
Begin your morning with a visit to a Balinese healer, which includes a personal consultation with a Balinese priest, followed by a traditional Melukat, or water cleansing ceremony.
After your healing session, you’ll take part in a meaningful experience—releasing baby turtles into the sea, a practice known in Balinese as Ngembak Tukik.
Ngembak means “to release,” and Tukik means “baby turtle.”
This beautiful ritual is both spiritual and environmental, symbolizing new beginnings, freedom, and living in harmony with nature—a cherished tradition in Balinese culture.
Lunch and dinner are not included.
Day 6
Perfume Making Class and Dinner by the Beach
After breakfast, you’ll head out to a perfume-making class, where you’ll have the opportunity to create your own signature scent.
In the evening, enjoy your final dinner in paradise with a beautiful beachfront setting.

Day 7
Check out and Good Byes
Snap some last pictures of your beautiful vacation in Bali.
Say your goodbyes, check out, and await your private transfer back to the airport to take you back home.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Indonesia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Bali’s rainy season runs from November to Early May
- Dates to avoid: March 9th – 12th for Galungan and Neypi Day (Silence day) Please note that on this day the airport is closed, hotels and Villas are not allowed to do any check ins or check outs. The locals will be silent this day and are not allowed to work. All travel is also restricted from 6am on this day to 6am the following morning. You will also not be able to leave your villa.
- 160 nationalities, including the US, Canada and UK, will need a Visa on Arrival (VOA) to enter Bali that is valid for 30 days at the cost of USD 34 per person.
This visa can be obtained upon arrival at Denpasar Airport. - When selecting flights be sure to allow for 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date as most flights to Bali take anywhere from 15+ hours if you are traveling from the U.S and other similar territories
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
