Day 1
Welcome to Rio
You will arrive at the Intl. Airport and private transportation will take you to your hotel in Rio, where you can rest and relax by the pool.
Day 2
Christ The Reedemer & Sugar Loaf Tour
Embark on a journey through Rio de Janeiro’s iconic landmarks with our Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf tour. Marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of the city from atop Corcovado Mountain, where the majestic Christ the Redeemer statue stands, offering a symbol of peace and warmth to all who visit. Then, venture to the iconic Sugarloaf Mountain via cable car, where you’ll witness the city’s stunning skyline against the backdrop of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Immerse yourself in the rich history and natural beauty of Rio as you explore these two renowned landmarks, each offering a unique perspective of this vibrant city.
Day 3
Selaron Steps & Santa Teresa
Embark on a vibrant journey through Rio de Janeiro’s artistic heart. Begin with the Selarón Steps, a stunning mosaic staircase adorned with over 2,000 colorful tiles from around the world, created by artist Jorge Selarón. This iconic landmark is a perfect spot for photos and appreciating unique, global artistry. Continue your adventure in Santa Teresa, a charming hillside neighborhood known for its colonial-style houses, cobblestone streets, and bohemian vibe.
Day 4
Favela Cultural Tour & Samba Dance Class
Head out on a 3-Hour Rocinha Favela Walking Tour which aims to educate you about life in a Favela which is such a big part of the culture of Rio de Janeiro. In addition to that, see how residents live and learn about the difficulties of Rocinha – the largest Favela in Latin America. Our local guides have over 20 years of experience.
In the evening, learn the rhythms of Brazil’s most popular dance and enjoy a Samba evening in a popular venue in Central Rio.
Day 5
Good bye, Rio!
After breakfast, your private driver will take you to the airport.

The payment towards your Brazil trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be sharing with your partner or with a friend. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time single occupancy fee which can be paid up to 2 months before your trip.

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Rio is between December and March, when the weather is warm and sunny enough to hit the beaches. The city’s seductive samba beat and incredible panoramic views last year-round, but arrive in February to experience Carnival.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Brazil.
- U.S. citizens do not need a visa if they are traveling to Brazil for tourism, business, transit, artistic or sport activities, with no intention of establishing residence.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
