Day 1
AIRPORT PICK-UP + SALSA NIGHT OUT EXPERIENCE
You will arrive at Cartagena airport and private transportation will take you to your accommodation.
In the evening start your vacation with a Salsa Nightout Experience. Venture out to see live salsa music in two dance clubs.
Welcome drinks at each club are included.
Day 2
BEACH DAY TO ROSARIO ISLANDS WITH LUNCH AND PHOTOSHOOT
Rise and shine! You will have your breakfast at the hotel.
Today is all about unwinding on the stunning white sand beaches of the Rosario Islands. Enjoy exclusive VIP access to a beach club, complete with a delicious lunch.

Day 3

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the villa that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Colombia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page.
- The best months to visit Cartagena are December through to September. The primary months to avoid would be October and November.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
