Day 1
Welcome to Tulum!
Upon arrival at the Tulum Airport, you will be met, assisted and transferred in a private transportation to your villa. Get settled and relax before the adventurous second day.
Day 2
Photoshoot and Beach day
There is nothing like getting some great holiday photos for you and your friends! Wear a nice dress, bikini, bathing suit or whatever you like. You will be taken to some of the incredible, postcard-worthy spots in Tulum in the jungle!
Today, hit one of the most famous Tulum beach clubs. Enjoy the magic moments with your friends, cocktails and good food!
Day 3
Tulum Ruins Tour
Experience the stunning Tulum Ruins on this guided tour along the Caribbean coastline. Explore the ancient Mayan city with a knowledgeable bilingual guide who will share the history, culture, and significance of this cliffside archaeological site. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views, and—weather permitting—take a short walk down to the beach for a truly iconic perspective. Keep an eye out for iguanas and tropical flora as you wander the grounds.

Day 4
Food tour and Tequila tasting
Savor the authentic flavors of Tulum on this guided walking food tour. You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

We will provide you with a list of hotel options for you to choose from once you provide us with your confirmed travel dates and your confirmed guest list. You get to choose where you want to stay and we will always provide as many options as needed until you are absolutely satisfied with your accommodation.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Tulum is between November to April.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Tulum.
- Note that August and September are hurricane season in Mexico therefore travel for these months is not recommended.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
