Day 1
Welcome to Vienna
You will arrive at Vienna International Airport and private transportation will take you to your luxury hotel where you can rest and relax.
Day 2
Vienna Food Tour
Eat, drink, repeat on a guided walking tour that salutes Vienna’s famed culinary reputation.
Walk from the city center to Neubau, stopping to sample coffee, strudel of the season, and fresh foods from eateries and markets, and learning about Vienna’s culinary history along the way.
Day 3
Schönbrunn Palace and Christmas Market
Discover the history and beauty of Schönbrunn Palace and its extensive gardens with a guided group tour. Your expert guide will take you around the vibrant palace gardens and up to the Gloriette Hill, then you will discover the palace’s lavish interior.
After the tour, you will be able to explore the Christmas Market in front of the palace. Discover around 80 exhibitors from Austria and neighboring countries offering high-quality and traditional handicrafts, unique Christmas decorations, nostalgic toys and selected regional delicacies at the magnificent setting of the former summer residence of the Habsburgs.
Day 4
Spa Sessions & Nye Galla Dinner
Start your day with a relaxing 2-hour session in one of the best spas in Vienna.
With an atmosphere of light, water, chimes, warmth, fragrance and touch, allow yourself to simply lean back, breath slowly and deeply and let the pressure slip off from you.
In the evening, celebrate the new year with a breathtaking view of all Vienna on a rooftop restaurant.
You will be spoiled you with a cosmopolitan 7-course gala dinner, corresponding wines and background music.
Away from the hustle and bustle and yet right in the middle of the New Year’s Eve celebrations, start the New Year in style.
Day 5
New Year Concert
Make your New Year one to remember with a classical music concert in the heart of Vienna.
Taking place in St. Peter’s Church, the setting and acoustics make for a special location for an evening performance by the Classic Ensemble Vienna.
Pieces of music composed by Mozart, Vivaldi, Bach, and Beethoven make up the festive evening program.
Day 6
Goodbye Vienna
After breakfast, a private transfer will take you to Vienna International Airport and you will fly back home.

The payment towards your Austria trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be sharing with your partner or with a friend. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time single occupancy fee of $1300 which can be paid up to 2 months before your trip.

- Citizens of the United States with a valid US passport do not need visa to travel to EE
- A Valid Passport is required to travel to Austria.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not required for Austria
- Proof of pre-departure COVID-19 test is not required
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
