Day 1
Welcome to Brazil
Right after you go through customs the driver will meet you at the Airport exit to load the luggage into the vehicle and transfer you to the hotel. During the drive, you will receive a brief introduction to Rio de Janeiro. By night, enjoy a welcome dinner at Casa Camolese Restaurant.
Day 2
Corcovado & Sugar Loaf Tour + Photoshoot
Visit the two icons of altitude in the city! With this tour, you’ll get all the best possible views of the bay, the beaches, the coastlines, the stunning rock formations, the geography, the communities, and the neighborhoods that make up the fabric of Rio. Cruising top-down with us means your journey between the two icons is part of the experience, you’ll be immersed in nature, the hustle of the city, and everything in between.
Note: We don’t stop for lunch on this tour, but there are snack bars at the locations to quench your thirst or settle an empty stomach.
Day 3
Guanabara bay tour & spa session
The cultural tour through Guanabara Bay is a dip into the memory of Rio de Janeiro. Browsing at an average speed of 6 knots, in a comfortable and safe motorboat, discover this exceptional scenery with monuments that
from the last century to the most contemporary.
You will be able to admire more than 17 sights spread along the entire length of the Guanabara Bay surrounded by a skyline of mountain ranges from the Mata Atlântica elected in 2002, World Heritage Site (Unesco).
In the afternoon enjoy a spa session at Belmond hotel.
Day 5
Cook in rio, carnival Experience & farewell dinner
Get to know the Brazilian culture like never before at the Carnival Experience! A guided tour of Grande Rio Samba Factory, the samba class, the caipirinhas and the costumes layout will make you feel you are in the best carnival in the world.
Besides cooking, you will learn about the origins and nutritional values of the different ingredients and taste what they have prepared in a friendly gathering at the end of the class
In the evening get ready for a farewell dinner in Rio
Day 6
Goodbye Rio de Janeiro!
Snap some last pictures of your beautiful vacation in Rio. Say your goodbyes, checkout & await your private transfer back to the airport to take you back home

The payment towards your Brazil trip can be paid out monthly or in full. We provide flexible payment plans for all travelers, all payments must be completed no later than one month before your scheduled arrival date.

Prices are based on double occupancy – this means you will be sharing with your partner or with a friend. If you are traveling solo there is an additional one time single occupancy fee of $940 which can be paid up to 2 months before your trip.

- This package is only valid for travel dates in June, July and August
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Rio is between December and March, when the weather is warm and sunny enough to hit the beaches. The city’s seductive samba beat and incredible panoramic views last year-round, but arrive in February to experience Carnival.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Brazil.
- U.S. citizens do not need a visa if they are traveling to Brazil for tourism, business, transit, artistic or sport activities, with no intention of establishing residence. – If the adult traveler is a U.S. citizen and fully vaccinated, then the traveler must provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status and proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within three calendar days of traveling or documentation of recovery in the past 90 days.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
