Day 1
Welcome to Dubai.
You will arrive at Dubai International airport and private transportation will take you to your luxury hotel where you can rest and relax. Get settled before the adventurous second day.
Check in at your hotel starts at 2pm.
Day 2
Dubai City tour with Lunch
Visit the main sightseeings of Dubai and meet the Arabic Culture!
Tickets to Burj Khalifa At the top 124 & 125 Fl (the tallest building in the world) included.
- Visit Palm Jumeirah Island & picture stop near Atlantis hotel
- Visit Souk Madinat Jumeirah (known as little Venice)
- Picture stop Burj Al Arab ( the most luxurious hotel in the world )
- Picture stop Jumeirah Mosque
- Go for an Abra ride
- Visit Gold and Spice souk
- Lunch in traditional Arabic restaurant
Day 3
VIP Desert Safari with Dinner
Spend the day relaxing or exploring on your own terms. In the evening you will be picked up for a sundowner evening desert safari tour. Included in this experience:
– Desert Dune Bashing / Adventurous dune driving
– 30 minutes ATV ride
– Camel Riding
– Henna Designing
– Sand Boarding
– BBQ Dinner with Veg & Non Veg dishes
– Tanoura dance
– Belly Dance Show (No belly dance during Ramadan days)

Day 4
Dubai Mall Visit
Kick off your morning with a visit to the world’s largest shopping destination – the iconic Dubai Mall!
Step into a shopper’s paradise filled with endless luxury boutiques and global brands, indulge in a delicious lunch at one of its many world-class restaurants, and be mesmerized by the breathtaking Dubai Aquarium. From fashion to fine dining and unforgettable attractions, your day at Dubai Mall is more than just shopping—it’s an experience in itself!
Day 5
Check out and fly to Bali
Capture a few final memories of your incredible vacation in Dubai. Bid farewell to the city before your private transfer takes you to the airport for your journey to Bali.
Depending on your flight schedule, you will arrive either on the same day or the following day in Bali
Day 6
Welcome to Bali
You will arrive at Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and private transportation will take you to your villa where you can rest and relax by the pool. Get settled before the adventurous second day.
Day 7
Floating Breakfast, Spa & Elephany Day
Wake up to a floating breakfast at your villa!
After breakfast, head to the spa for a 60-minute Balinese massage and flower bath.
In the afternoon, you will visit the elephant sanctuary, where you’ll enjoy a jumbo wash and animal feeding. Elephant rides and swimming experiences are also included.
Day 8
Ubud Day Trip with Picnic Lunch
Spend the day getting to experience cultural Bali with a day trip around Ubud.
Today you will visit:
– Tegallalang Rice Terrace
– Bali Swing
– Ubud Monkey Forest
– Ubud temples
– Ubud Market
You will be accompanied by a photographer
Day 9
Waterfalls, Temples with Lunch Included
Learn all about the Balinese way of life and venture to Bali’s most picturesque locations.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and learn about Balinese culture.
Today you will have the option of:

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Dubai – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Dubai is sunny year round but the best time to visit is from November to April when it’s not too hot.
- Most passport holders including U.S and British citizens need no advance visa arrangements to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International airport and proceed to immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30‑day visit visa free of charge. Read more here.
- You must have a passport to travel to Indonesia – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Bali’s rainy season runs from November to Early May
- Dates to avoid: March 9th – 12th for Galungan and Neypi Day (Silence day) Please note that on this day the airport is closed, hotels and Villas are not allowed to do any check ins or check outs. The locals will be silent this day and are not allowed to work. All travel is also restricted from 6am on this day to 6am the following morning. You will also not be able to leave your villa.
- 160 nationalities, including the US, Canada and UK, will need a Visa on Arrival (VOA) to enter Bali that is valid for 30 days at the cost of USD 34 per person. This visa can be obtained upon arrival at Denpasar Airport.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
