Day 1
Welcome to Italy!
Upon arrival at Rome Fiumicino International Airport (FCO), you’ll be warmly welcomed and escorted by your private driver for a comfortable transfer into the heart of the Eternal City. Sit back, relax, and take in your first glimpses of Rome as you make your way to your centrally located hotel.
After check-in, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure—whether you choose to unwind after your journey, take a stroll through nearby historic streets, or savor your first taste of authentic Italian cuisine. Your Roman adventure begins the moment you arrive.
Day 2
Celebrate your Birthday!
You are free to spend the day at leisure and get ready for your birthday celebration. In the late afternoon, start by exploring Rome as if you were in a classic Italian movie on a sightseeing tour by vintage car. Accompanied by a fun and knowledgeable guide, you will see Roman landmarks like Circus Maximus, the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine, and discover the Garden of the Oranges and other off-the-beaten-path sights, as well, stopping at local establishments to taste delicious Italian food and drinks along the way. You will be dropped off at a wonderful restaurant with a view, where you will celebrate your birthday with a delicious dinner. A complimentary birthday cake is included.
Day 3
Spa Day
Spend a relaxing day at a luxurious Spa in Rome. Enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi and a steam bath, followed by a deep tissue body massage to relieve tension. Unwind in the relaxation lounge with herbal teas and light snacks, feeling refreshed after your pampering experience.
Day 4
Photoshoot & Nightlife
Meet your photographer early in the morning to avoid the crowds and the heat and embark on a private photoshoot journey in the Eternal City, capturing your memories against the backdrop of the most iconic and picturesque locations. In the evening, experience the vibrant nightlife of Rome with a driver at your disposal. You can enjoy an aperitif at a chic rooftop bar overlooking the city or listen to live music at trendy venues. Then, dance the night away at one of Rome’s popular clubs or relax with a drink on a floating barge on the Tiber River. Whether you prefer elegant cocktail bars, lively pubs, or open-air venues, Rome’s nightlife offers something for everyone.
Day 5
Free Day
Spend the day at leisure. There won’t be any activities scheduled with Luxe Tribes. You can explore the city at your own pace, take some pictures, and do some last-minute shopping in the trendy Italian boutiques.
Day 6
Goodbye Italy
After check-out, your private driver will take you to Fiumicino International Airport (FCO) for your flight back home. Don’t forget to throw a coin into the Trevi Fountain during your stay to ensure you will come back to the Eternal City!

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.

- Rates are applicable for all months with the exception of Christmas and New Year’s Eve Period
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Italy – Your passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- In & Out: Rome airport Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) airport
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
