Day 1
WELCOME TO VENICE
You will arrive at Venice Marco Polo International Airport and a private boat transfer will take you to your hotel in central Venice, where you can rest and relax or start exploring at your own pace.
Day 2
Celebrate Carnival Venetian Style!
Start your day in Venice with a serene gondola ride through the enchanting canals. Next, explore the bustling city center and marvel at the stunning costumes.
For an extra fee, you can join in the fun with a luxury historical costume rental and even add a photoshoot to capture the memories.
In the evening, you can choose to immerse yourself in the magic of a masquerade ball, taking place in a historical palace, with a delicious multi-course dinner included.
Important Notes:
1. Costume rental fee depends on the costume you choose, starting from $400 per person
2. Masquerade ball events have very limited availability and the cost may vary depending on the events available on the day, starting from $450 per person
3. The entrance fee for masquerade balls is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the moment of reservation
4. Historical costume and mask are mandatory at masquerade balls
5. The extra cost for a 1-hour photoshoot is $200 per person
Day 3
Discover Venice
Today you can explore Venice at your own pace. We will include in the package skip-the-line tickets to the city’s major attractions – St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace.
In the afternoon, participate in a Carnival mask-making workshop. After allowing your mask to dry, you will return to the shop the next day to decorate it.
Day 4
Discover Murano
Discover the island of Murano, near Venice, with a small-group glass workshop and walking tour. See traditional artistry in action at Murano’s famous glass factories and visit the workshop of a local artist for a hands-on class. Complete the experience with a walk around Murano to see its churches, landmarks, and striking architecture.
In the afternoon, complete your Carnival mask; go back to the store to decorate it and bring home the perfect souvenir!
Day 5
Wine Tour
Head outside Venice and into the countryside of the Veneto region on a tour that introduces you to Prosecco—Italian sparkling wine. Learn about the production process at a local winery and enjoy guided tastings. You will also indulge in a light lunch made of local products before heading back to Venice.
Day 6
Goodbye Venice!
After check-out, a private boat transfer will take you to Venice Marco Polo International Airport and you will fly back home.

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You must have a passport to travel to Venice – Your passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Arrival & Departure Airport: Venice Marco Polo International Airport (VCE)
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
