Day 1
WELCOME TO NAPA VALLEY!
You will arrive at Napa Valley Airport and private transportation will take you to your luxury hotel where you can rest and relax by the pool. Get settled before the adventurous second day.
Day 2
Discover Napa Valley
Discover the Napa Valley at a relaxed pace on a 6.5-hour small-group tour. Comfortable transportation collects you from your hotel and carries your group to three distinct wineries, where you can enjoy tastings at your own expense. Listen to live commentary and ask questions at any time. Your experience also includes a complimentary picnic lunch at a charming winery.
Day 3
Roast Your Own Coffee
If you’ve ever wondered how to roast coffee at home, this coffee class near San Francisco will teach you everything you need to know! In this fun, hands-on workshop you will learn a new skill and roast your own batch of coffee.
Enjoy coffee from our specialty menu while examining several popular home-roasting methods, some using tools easily found in many homes.
Day 4
Wine and Dine in Sonoma Wine Country
Enjoy an eight course meal, six superior wines from a variety of Sonoma and Napa wineries will be included and paired with the pre- fixed menu choices.
Day 5
Napa Valley – River History Kayak Tour
Experience the Napa Valley’s natural beauty and fascinating history on a fun and memorable kayak tour. With an informative local guide leading the way, hop in a comfortable and beginner-friendly kayak, and paddle down the valley’s waterways. Identify birds, see rare animal species, learn about the first people to settle the area, and see historic buildings damaged in the 2014 earthquake.
Day 6
Check out and goodbyes

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this any changes may incur a fee.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
