Day 1
Welcome to Rio!
You will arrive at the Intl. Airport and private transportation will take you to your hotel in Rio, where you can rest and relax by the pool. In the evening, enjoy a vibrant night of samba, live music, and Brazilian flair with a three-course dinner in a stylish Rio venue at the Roxy Dinner Show.
Day 2
Discover Rio
Explore two of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic landmarks in one unforgettable tour. Ride through lush Tijuca Forest to reach the summit of Corcovado Mountain and stand beneath the towering Christ the Redeemer statue, taking in sweeping views of the city. Then, ascend Sugarloaf Mountain by cable car for a breathtaking perspective of Rio’s coastline, Guanabara Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. A perfect blend of natural beauty, culture, and stunning vistas.
Day 3
Selaron Steps, Santa Teresa & Night Out
Embark on a vibrant journey through Rio de Janeiro’s artistic heart. Begin with the Selarón Steps, a stunning mosaic staircase adorned with over 2,000 colorful tiles from around the world, created by artist Jorge Selarón. This iconic landmark is a perfect spot for photos and appreciating unique, global artistry. Continue your adventure in Santa Teresa, a charming hillside neighborhood known for its colonial-style houses, cobblestone streets, and bohemian vibe.
In the evening you will head to a bar hopping experience in a bohemian area.
Day 4
Adventure Day
Hike up Pedra Bonita for sweeping views of Rio’s stunning landscapes. From the summit, take in breathtaking aerial vistas of Sugarloaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer, and the city skyline. This exhilarating adventure is ideal for nature lovers and offers a truly unique perspective of Rio. After the hike, continue to Barra da Tijuca, where you’ll take a thrilling helicopter flight over the “Marvelous City.”
Day 5
Cooking Class and Spa Experience
Enjoy the morning tasting delicious fruits before heading to the cooking class in Ipanema, where you will cook a Brazilian popular dish and will learn how to prepare your own Caipirinha! Around 5 pm, indulge yourself in this amazing spa experience at the iconic Copacabana Palace.
Day 6
Good bye, Rio!
After breakfast, your private driver will take you to the airport.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Rio is between December and March, when the weather is warm and sunny enough to hit the beaches. The city’s seductive samba beat and incredible panoramic views last year-round, but arrive in February to experience Carnival.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Brazil.
- VISA: Citizens travelling with passports from the United States visiting Brazil for tourism and business will be subject to visa requirements for entry into Brazilian territory starting from April 10th, 2025. These citizens can require e-Visas through the portal. The process is easy, and quick and if the requirements mentioned below are met, in a few days the applicant will receive the e-Visa in his or her e-mail.
- Prices are not valid for Carnival and NYE Dates
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
