Day 1
WELCOME TO TULUM!
Upon arrival at the Tulum International Airport and private transportation will take you to your hotel. Enjoy your hotel and relax before the next day full of adventure.
Day 2
Photoshoot
There is nothing like getting some great holiday photos for you and your friends! Wear a nice dress, bikini, bathing suit, or whatever you like. You will be taken to some of the incredible, postcard-worthy spots in Tulum in the jungle!
Day 3
ATVs, Zip lining & Cenote Tour
Sleep in and then get ready for your ATV, zip lining & Cenote Tour. You will be picked up for a day of adventure from your hotel into the jungle. After a ride through the jungle, you will have a chance to cool off and swim in a crystal-clear cenote.

Day 4
Food tour
Today, you’ll be whisked away on a culinary journey to experience the best of authentic Mexican food and drinks. Guided by a professional chef, you’ll explore the flavors of Tulum while learning about the history and origins of each dish.

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.

Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room, please reach out to ebenezer@luxetribes.com for adjusted solo occupancy fees.

We will provide you with a list of hotel options for you to choose from once you provide us with your confirmed travel dates and your confirmed guest list. You get to choose where you want to stay and we will always provide as many options as needed until you are absolutely satisfied with your accommodation.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- Kindly note that hotels in this destination do not guarantee twin (separate) beds. All bedding preferences are subject to availability and are confirmed at the time of check-in. While requests for twin beds can be noted, fulfillment cannot be assured in advance.
- The best time to visit Tulum is between November to April.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Tulum.
- Note that August and September are hurricane season in Mexico therefore travel for these months is not recommended.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
