Welcome to Rio
You will arrive at the Intl. Airport and private transportation will take you to your hotel in Rio, where you can rest and relax by the pool.
Roxy Dinner Show
In the evening, enjoy your birthday in a vibrant night of samba, live music, and Brazilian flair with a three-course dinner in a stylish Rio venue
Day 2
Christ The Reedemer & Sugar Loaf Tour
Explore two of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic landmarks in one unforgettable tour. Ride through lush Tijuca Forest to reach the summit of Corcovado Mountain and stand beneath the towering Christ the Redeemer statue, taking in sweeping views of the city. Then, ascend Sugarloaf Mountain by cable car for a breathtaking perspective of Rio’s coastline, Guanabara Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. A perfect blend of natural beauty, culture, and stunning vistas.
Day 3
Selaron Steps & Santa Teresa
Embark on a vibrant journey through Rio de Janeiro’s artistic heart. Begin with the Selarón Steps, a stunning mosaic staircase adorned with over 2,000 colorful tiles from around the world, created by artist Jorge Selarón. Day 4
Little Africa Tour & Samba Evening
Dive deep into the vibrant Afro-Brazilian culture with a guided tour of Little Africa, a historic neighborhood in central Rio, rich in tradition and history. Experience captivating storytelling, explore significant cultural sites, and indulge in a delicious local lunch that captures the essence of the region’s unique flavors.In the evening, learn the rhythms of Brazil’s most popular dance and enjoy a night out afterwards.
Day 5
Cooking Class & Fruit Tasting
Start the morning by tasting a variety of delicious fruits before heading to a cooking class in Ipanema, where you’ll prepare a popular Brazilian dish and learn how to make your own Caipirinha.
Later, enjoy a free afternoon and evening.
Day 6
Spa Day
Enjoy a free day to explore the Wonderful City at your own pace. In the afternoon, treat yourself to a spa experience at the iconic Belmond Copacabana Palace.
Day 7
Good bye, Rio!
After breakfast and check out, a private transfer will take you to the airport. Time to say good bye!

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.
Your international flight should arrive in Galeão International Airport(IATA: GIG, ICAO: SBGL).
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $1900 during low season and $2100 during high season.

Important things to note
- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- The best time to visit Rio is between December and March, when the weather is warm and sunny enough to hit the beaches. The city’s seductive samba beat and incredible panoramic views last year-round, but arrive in February to experience Carnival.
- A valid U.S. passport is required to travel to Brazil.
- VISA: Citizens travelling with passports from the United States visiting Brazil for tourism and business will be subject to visa requirements for entry into Brazilian territory starting from April 10th, 2025. These citizens can require e-Visas through the portal. The process is easy, and quick and if the requirements mentioned below are met, in a few days the applicant will receive the e-Visa in his or her e-mail.

If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
