Day 1
Welcome to Dubai.
Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport (DXB), you will be met by your driver who will assist you with your bags and escort you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure as you settle into the city’s glamorous atmosphere.
Day 2
Dubai City Tour
Discover the best of Dubai on this action-packed, full-day tour. Start with a visit to the Zabeel Palace, the royal family’s residence, and capture stunning photos of the Emirates Towers. Experience breathtaking views from the 124th and 125th floors of the Burj Khalifa, then stop for a photo at Ski Dubai.
Explore Palm Jumeirah Island and the luxurious Atlantis Hotel, visit the vibrant Dubai Marina, and wander through the picturesque Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Stop for iconic photos at the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Mosque, and enjoy a traditional Abra ride along the Dubai Creek.

Day 3
VIP Desert Safari
Unwind during the day, then enjoy a private pickup for an exclusive VIP sunset desert safari. Your evening includes exhilarating dune bashing, a 30-minute ATV ride, peaceful camel trekking, sandboarding, intricate henna art, and a gourmet BBQ dinner with both Veg & Non-Veg dishes. Enjoy captivating Tanoura and belly-dance performances (not available during Ramadan).
Alcohol is available at the camp for an additional cost and not served during Ramadan.

Day 4
Yacht Party and NYE Celebration
Free Morning to explore on your own terms!
Begin your evening with an hour-long limo ride from your hotel to the marina, where you’ll board a luxurious yacht for a 2-hour cruise along the stunning coastline. Enjoy champagne and breathtaking views as you sail into the evening. After the cruise, you’ll be transferred to an exquisite restaurant for a New Year’s dinner celebration, where you’ll indulge in gourmet cuisine and raise a toast to the year ahead. Finally, the night continues with a transfer to a lively club for the after-party, where the celebration continues into the early hours.

For this special getaway, your travel dates should be between 29 December - 3 January
Your international flight should arrive in Dubai International Airport (IATA: DXB, ICAO: OMDB).
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $1600.

We will provide you with a list of hotel options for you to choose from once you provide us with your confirmed travel dates and your confirmed guest list. You get to choose where you want to stay and we will always provide as many options as needed until you are absolutely satisfied with your accommodation.

Important things to note
- You must have a passport to travel to Dubai – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Dubai is sunny year round but the best time to visit is from November to April when it’s not too hot.
- Most passport holders including U.S and British citizens need no advance visa arrangements to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International airport and proceed to immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30‑day visit visa free of charge. Read more here.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
