Day 1
Welcome to Egypt!
Arrive at Cairo International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed and privately transferred to your hotel in the heart of the city.
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, allowing you time to settle in and refresh after your journey.
Enjoy dinner on your own this evening and spend the night at leisure — the perfect opportunity to relax or take in your first impressions of vibrant Cairo.
Day 2
Cairo City Tour
After breakfast, step into the world of ancient Egypt with a visit to the legendary Pyramids of Giza — one of the most awe-inspiring wonders of the world.
Nearby, marvel at the iconic Sphinx, an extraordinary monument carved from natural rock, featuring the body of a lion and the face of a pharaoh.
Enjoy a memorable camel ride across the golden sands and capture stunning photos with the pyramids rising majestically behind you.
Continue your cultural discovery with a visit to the Papyrus Institute to learn how paper was crafted in ancient times, followed by shopping opportunities at the Papyrus Museum and a traditional perfume factory.
Later, explore the magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of Pharaonic antiquities and a remarkable showcase of Egypt’s ancient legacy.
In the evening, you will be transferred for dinner at one of Cairo’s top restaurants, where you can unwind and reflect on a day filled with timeless wonders.
Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3
Fly to Aswan
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out and transferring to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Aswan.
Upon arrival, begin exploring this scenic Nile-side city with a visit to the impressive High Dam, an engineering marvel that transformed modern Egypt. Continue to the enchanting Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis — a beautiful riverside sanctuary rich in history, later converted into a Christian church with traces of its layered past still visible.
After your tour, transfer to your Nile cruise ship and check in. Enjoy lunch on board while taking in serene river views.
Later in the afternoon, set sail on a traditional felucca at sunset, gliding across the Nile as golden light reflects on the water — a truly magical experience.
Return to the cruise for dinner.
Day 4
Kom Ombo Temple
Enjoy breakfast on board as the Nile’s tranquil scenery sets the tone for your day.
Spend a relaxing morning at leisure — unwind on deck, take in the river views, or simply soak up the peaceful rhythm of life along the Nile.
Savor lunch on board as you sail toward Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, visit the remarkable Kom Ombo Temple, uniquely dedicated to two gods and beautifully set along the riverbank.
Return to your cruise ship and continue sailing toward Edfu.
Dinner will be served on board, followed by a restful overnight stay as the vessel glides along the timeless waters of the Nile.
Day 5
Edfou and Luxor Temple
Enjoy breakfast on board before setting out to explore one of Egypt’s best-preserved ancient shrines — the magnificent Temple of Edfu. Built during the Ptolemaic period between 237 and 57 BC, this remarkably intact sanctuary offers a vivid glimpse into the grandeur of ancient Egyptian worship and architecture.
Return to the cruise and enjoy lunch on board as you sail toward Luxor, watching timeless landscapes drift by along the Nile.
Upon arrival, visit the majestic Luxor Temple, a striking monument dedicated to the rejuvenation of kingship and one of the most impressive temples of ancient Thebes.
After your tour, return to the cruise for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay on board.
Day 6
Luxor & West Bank
Enjoy breakfast on board before checking out and preparing for an unforgettable day in Luxor.
Rise early for a breathtaking hot air balloon ride at sunrise, drifting peacefully above the Nile and ancient temples as the landscape glows in golden light — a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.
After landing, continue your exploration with a visit to the legendary Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground of Egypt’s pharaohs. Discover the remarkable Temple of Hatshepsut, an architectural masterpiece carved into towering cliffs, followed by the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple complex — the most important religious site of ancient Thebes.
Later, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo.
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 7
Check out and Goodbyes
Snap some last pictures of your beautiful vacation in Egypt.
Say your goodbyes, check out, and await your private transfer back to the airport to take you back home.

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.
Your international flight should arrive in Cairo International Airport (IATA: CAI, ICAO: HECA)
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.

Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $700.

Important things to note
- You must have a passport to travel to Egypt – Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival date and have a least one blank page
- Most travelers can obtain an Egypt tourist visa on arrival at immigration kiosks at any of the airport terminals. The visa cost is typically $25 and you will need to have this amount in exact change/cash. Read more here.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
