Day 1
Welcome to Japan
Arrive in Tokyo via Narita or Haneda International Airport, where your experience begins. Enjoy a seamless private transfer to your centrally located hotel, placing you right in the heart of the city’s vibrant energy.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy—whether you choose to unwind and settle in or step out to begin exploring Tokyo at your own pace.
Day 2
Tokyo Anime Tour
Discover Tokyo with your private guide, focusing on anime and Japanese popular culture. Whether you’re an anime and gaming fan, or you just want to learn more about this exciting part of Japan, this is the tour for you. Get explanations about Japanese culture that you wouldn’t get if exploring the area alone, and experience all the “must do” activities in Akihabara and more, such as visiting a retro video game store, a maid cafe, and much more. The itinerary is completely customizable based on your interests and requests.
Day 3
Samurai Experience & Go Kart Ride
In the morning, choose your favorite kimono and hakama, change into a samurai costume, and learn how to use a sword from a samurai in a small-group experience. You will learn how to draw a sword, hold a sword, swing a sword, and retract a sword. After learning basic sword usage, you will practice simple chanbara (sword fight). Then, together with your companions, you will try to exterminate bad guys to the music! You can take videos with your smart phone, take pictures with the samurai, and have a great samurai time. The teachers are authentic samurai who have appeared in major Japanese series and movies. In the afternoon, partake in an exhilarating go-kart experience where you can dress up as your favorite character and navigate the vibrant streets of Shibuya and its surroundings. Feel the adrenaline rush as you zoom through iconic neighborhoods, creating unforgettable memories of a unique and thrilling adventures.
Day 4
From Tokyo to Osaka & Food Tour
After check-out, your private driver will take you to Tokyo Station and you will ride the world’s fastest bullet train to Osaka. On arrival, another private driver will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel in the city center. In the evening, join your local guide to experience the food history of the vibrant city of Osaka. Learn about what Kushi Katsu is and what makes Osaka’s Takoyaki (octopus stuffed fried bread balls) the best in the country! Take in all the bright lights, sounds and delicious smells in Dotombori District with your guide. Explore the Kuromon market or if you are in the mood for something spicy, stop by Osaka’s Korea town.
Day 5
Universal Studios Japan
In the morning, a private transfer will take you to Universal Studios Japan. Head immediately to the most popular attraction of Mario Kart to avoid the crowds and spend an unforgettable day in the magic Super Nintendo World. Discover the rest of the park and enjoy movie and anime-themed attractions. In the evening, when the park closes, your private driver will take you back to your hotel.
Day 6
Check out and Goodbyes
After check-out, your private driver will take you to Osaka International Airport (Itami or Kansai) for your flight back home.

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this, any changes may incur a fee.
You will arrive at Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND) and depart from Osaka International Airport - Kansai (KIX) or Itami (ITM)
We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.
Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $2,500

- We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed – this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suits your taste.
- Currently, the US passport holders do not need a visa.
- A Valid Passport is required to travel to Japan.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation policy
- All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
- If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
- Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
