Day 1

Welcome to Phuket

Upon arrival at Phuket International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and privately transferred to your stunning resort, where the celebration begins. Settle in and unwind by the pool, soak up the tropical ambiance, and let the island energy set the tone for an unforgettable birthday escape.

Relax, recharge, and let the excitement build as you prepare for the adventure-filled days ahead.

Day 2

Phuket city tour with a professional photographer

Immerse yourself in the vibrant spirit of Phuket on this expertly guided city tour, where culture, scenery, and relaxation come together for an unforgettable experience. Your journey begins with a delightful lunch at a local eatery, offering a taste of authentic Thai flavors and the island’s rich culinary heritage.

Afterward, set out to explore Phuket’s most iconic and photogenic landmarks:

Wat Chalong Temple – Discover the intricate architecture and peaceful ambiance of Phuket’s most revered temple, a beautiful reflection of Thai spirituality and tradition.

Old Phuket Town – Wander through colorful streets lined with charming Sino-Portuguese buildings, vintage cafés, and vibrant street art — a perfect setting for memorable photos and a glimpse into the island’s historic charm.

Karon Viewpoint – Take in sweeping panoramas of the Andaman Sea and Phuket’s stunning coastline from this breathtaking vantage point, ideal for capturing postcard-worthy landscapes.

To complete your day, indulge in a soothing traditional massage, allowing your body and mind to fully relax after a day of discovery. This harmonious blend of culture, scenery, and rejuvenation creates a truly memorable Phuket experience.

Day 3

Iconic photoshoot with lillypad in Ma Doo Bua & relaxing foot massage

Begin your morning with a magical photoshoot at the iconic Ma Doo Bua, renowned for its giant lily pads and dreamlike scenery. Capture stunning, Instagram-worthy images — with a video included to preserve the full experience. (Please note: due to the site’s popularity, access operates on a first-come, first-served basis.)

After your photoshoot, unwind with a relaxing foot massage at Bua Spa, where tranquil surroundings and serene views create the perfect moment of calm.

The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. For a stylish island vibe, we suggest visiting one of Phuket’s chic beach clubs, such as Café del Mar or Yona Beach Club, where ocean views, curated music, and elevated dining create the perfect setting to relax and soak in the coastal atmosphere.

Day 4

Island Hopping

Set off from the marina for an unforgettable island-hopping adventure across the shimmering waters of the Andaman Sea. Your first stop is the breathtaking Bamboo Island, where powder-soft white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters invite you to relax, swim, and snorkel in a true tropical paradise.

Continue to the famous Monkey Beach, perfect for sightseeing, leisurely beach walks, and capturing photos of playful wild monkeys in their natural habitat (beach access is tide permitting). Midday, enjoy a delicious sea-view buffet lunch featuring a variety of authentic Thai and international dishes.

Next, glide into the emerald waters of stunning Pileh Lagoon, where towering limestone cliffs create a dramatic and picture-perfect setting for a refreshing swim. Before concluding your adventure, pass by the fascinating Viking Cave, known for its striking formations and cultural significance.

Day 5

Celebration dinner by the beach & Sugar Night Club Experience

Celebrate your special evening with an extraordinary beachfront dinner designed to create unforgettable moments. Day 6

Check out & Good Byes

How do I choose my dates of travel?

You can travel whenever you choose! Just find the flight and the time of the year that works for you and we will make it happen. You can change your dates up until your accommodations have been confirmed as booked. After this any changes may incur a fee.

What airport do I fly into?

Your international flight should arrive and depart from Phuket International Airport

Are flights included?

We do not provide airfare as part of our package. This allows our travelers the flexibility to choose their preferred airline, schedule, and seating preferences. Our Travel Planners can however advise the airport/s and recommended times you’d need to fly into/out of to reach the destination.

What is the price of single occupancy?

Prices are based on double occupancy - This means you will be traveling with a friend or family. If you are traveling solo or if you would like to book a single room there is an additional one time fee of $1850.

How do i make changes to my trip?

Email your Thailand trip expert - barbara@luxetribes.com and you can change any aspect of your upcoming vacation! The itinerary is fully customizable to work for you.

What accommodation is included in my stay?

We will provide you with a list of accommodation options based on your budget and any preferences you provide to us once your trip is confirmed - this gives you the opportunity to select the hotel that best suites you taste.

Important things to note

Visa Requirements: Check if you need a visa to enter Thailand based on your nationality. Many countries have a visa exemption for short stays.
Currency: The currency is the Thai Baht (THB). Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s advisable to carry some cash for markets
Cultural Etiquette: Dress modestly when visiting temples; cover shoulders and knees.
Health Precautions: Make sure your vaccinations are up to date (e.g., hepatitis A and B, typhoid).
Consider travel insurance that covers health emergencies.
Language: English is spoken in tourist areas, learning a few basic Thai phrases can enhance your experience and help you connect with locals.
Weather Considerations: Thailand has a tropical climate with occasional rain throughout the year. Traditionally, the rainy season in Thailand runs from June to October . During this time, expect heavy rainfall, especially from August to October.
Electricity: Thailand uses Type A, B, and C plugs, with a standard voltage of 220V. Bring a power adapter if needed.
Travel Insurance: Consider purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind, covering trip cancellations, lost luggage, and medical emergencies.

If something goes wrong

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, however, you can transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
If you’re over 60 days away from departure, switching to another trip is easy! Simply send an email to your trip coordinator and move your payment balance over to another trip of your choice. Please note if your accommodations have already been booked the property may apply penalties – our team will always try to book flexible options ,however, if the property has a strict cancellation policy the credit applied to your account will be less any applicable cancellation fees by the property.
Cancellations within 30-60 days of your departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid after the deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as a credit towards a future trip.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
